How long is the hire duration?
Standard hire periods are for 4 days. If you require a longer duration for destination events, please contact us for extended rental options.
Is a security bond required?
Yes, a refundable security bond is required for all high-end rentals. This is fully refunded once the outfit is returned in its original condition.
Who handles the cleaning?
We handle all professional dry cleaning. Please do not attempt to clean or iron the delicate embroidery yourself to avoid potential damage.
How do I return my hire?
Please drop off your rented attire at our pre-arranged location by the end of your hire period. Satchels are no longer used.
