Desi Fits AU is a pickup-only business. We do not offer postage, delivery or international shipping. All orders must be collected from Austral, NSW, by appointment. Customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable viewing and collection time. Please do not arrive without a confirmed appointment.

Viewing and Try-On

All customers are required to view and try on the outfit before completing their purchase.
Customers are responsible for checking:

• The size and fit

• The colour and fabric

• The embroidery and detailing

• All included pieces and accessories

• The overall condition of the outfit
   

Payment confirms that the customer has inspected the outfit and is satisfied with its fit, appearance and condition.

Change-of-Mind Returns

All purchases are final

Desi Fits AU does not provide returns, exchanges, refunds or store credits for change of mind, incorrect sizing, color preference, event cancellation or because the outfit is no longer required.

This applies because customers have the opportunity to inspect and try on the outfit before purchasing.

Faulty Items

Please raise any visible concerns during your viewing and before completing payment.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where an item does not meet the consumer guarantees, such as where it has a major fault that was not disclosed before purchase. A business cannot exclude these legal rights through a general “no refunds” policy.

Collection
Orders must be collected on the agreed date and time. Desi Fits AU is not responsible for items once they have been inspected, purchased and collected by the customer.
